Advanced AC Assists With Operation Clean Sweep 2021
Not only are we passionate about everything HVAC, we are passionate about giving back to our community and that’s why we participated in Operation Clean Sweep 2021 with the Bossier Sheriff’s Office.
This past weekend was so much fun and incredibly inspiring to see our Bossier Community come together as they did. If you don’t know by now, our Advanced AC leaders and fabulous technicians are a HUGE part of the organization, Keep Bossier Beautiful. Our owner, Tom Lawson, was past president for many, many years and has been active since it’s inception over 30 years ago. Now, not only is Tom still giving back to the community, his son Scott is Vice President.
One of the projects they participate in every year is Operation Clean Sweep, organized by The Bossier Sheriff’s Office. This annual event calls members of organizations and businesses to team up and pick up litter in Bossier Parish. This year, they teamed up with members of Keep Bossier Beautiful as they always do, but they put out a call for volunteers parish wide. And whew, did they come out!
660 volunteers registered to participate Picking up 6,118 bags of trash and 41 tires.
Residents from Plain Dealing, South Bossier, Benton, Haughton and North Bossier took to the streets and picked up litter.
Our Bossier Sheriff, mayor-elect, city council members, school board members, judges, teachers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, military members, veterans, business owners, pastors, and so many dedicated residents of the community pitched in to make this a huge success.
After everyone was finished, Advanced AC’s Tom fired up the company grill and with The Rotary Club of Bossier City’s help, provided delicious burgers and hotdogs for all volunteers.

Ryan and Brian have been excellent on preventive maintenance and fixing the issues with our HVAC system. Between the courtesy and professionalism they bring on every visit, Advanced is our go to and recommendation. They keep the system purring like a kitten and keeping us comfortable.
Best heating and air company i have used since moving to Bossier. I called this morning and they had a service tech out by noon. Brian was very friendly, and upon meeting him, I felt confident that he was going to fix my problem, without running me through the ringer. My service Technician Caleb has been my tech for some time now. Upon arrival, he went right where my ac unit is located and kindly pat my barking dogs and started to work…he was fast, courteous and efficient. Thank you for your professionalism.
Advanced air has serviced all of our homes for years! They just came out today to install new air ducts for our remodel, and a new furnace. We will always recommend advanced air! The guys are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
